There was a cat, but I deleted it(I did'nt think anyone would use it).I don't know how to make a cat but if you can make/find one I will add it.

Reputation smilies.Star-EXCELLENT. (If put the user should get a reputation boost of 1)
Black star with Angry white eyes-TERRIBLE. (if put the user should get a reputation minus of 1)
The stars are just so the user doesn't feel that bad about it.
Scouter with a +1 next to it-1 lvl up reputation
Scouter with a -1 next to it-1 lvl down reputation

The "eyeliner" is just the pixels on the boarder touching the pixels on the eyes.But yweah, it does look like that.
